1.  Where do you ship your products?

We can ship our products anywhere in the world. 

2. Do you offer installation for your products?

We can offer professional installation for all of our products.  Our installers are certified National Playground Safety Inspectors and are factory trained to professionally install our playground equipment.

3. Do I need playground surfacing?

The American Society of Testing Materials and the Consumer Product Safety Commision guidelines require all playground equipment to have safety surfacing.   We offer a wide range of safety surfacing materials to fit any budget.  Our playground consultants can help you select the right surfacing for your playground.

4. Do you offer custom design services?

We have a full inhouse custom design department that can work with your playground consultant to design your "dream playground".  This service is free of charge.  We just need some basic information about your playground to get started, such as children age range, project budget, area of playspace, and your preferences for play components.  We take this informaiton and create wonderful three dimensional computer renderings of what your playground will look like.

5.  I am looking for a product that is not in your catalog or on your website.  Do you offer other products?

Our catalog and website show a good representative sample of the products we can offer.  However, as one of the largest playground distributors, we have access to many other products that we can offer if requested.  Please let us know you needs and we can provide you with a quote on virtually any playground item or service.

6. How long have you been in business?  How do I know that you are a reputable company?

We have been in the playground business for over 10 years.  We are one of the largest play equipment distributors in the U.S.  We are so confident in our services and products that we have put our company motto in our "Beyond Your Ordinary" name and we promise to do everything in our power to live up to that name.  We can happily provide references from our past customers.

7. Can you come to our facility to talk to us about our playground?  

We have outside sales reps within the state of Florida that can come to your facility to talk to you about your playground.  For most customers outside the state of Florida, we offer playground consultations over the phone.  Over the past ten years, we have perfected doing business over the phone/email/internet and we know how to work with our customers using these technologies - it is one of our strengths.  You will receive professional services and products from us, no matter where in the world you are located.

8.   Can I choose colors for your products?

For most of our products, we have a wide range of color choices.  Our playground consultants will help you choose a color combination that is right for you.

9.  How long will my order take to be delivered?

Most of our products are made to order and our typical lead time is 3-5 weeks from the time your order is placed.

10. Are your playground products safe?

All of our products meet or exceed the rigorous public playground safety guidelines from the American Society of Testing Materials and the Consumer Product Safety Commission.  We distribute products from only the best and most experienced manufacturers in the industry. 

11. Do you offer financing or fundraing programs?

We can offer financing through one of our partner financing companies.  Please let your playground consultant know that you are interested in this program and they can provide you with a credit application and the program information.  We also offer a very innnovative playground fundraising program that allow all of the cost of the fundraising materials to be applied directly to the purchase of a playground from us.
