 Ordering Online
  You can place your order entirely and securely online 24/7.  Simply place the items you would like order into your shopping cart and click the checkout button.  Fill in the information on our one-page checkout form and click the place order button.  You will be taken to a confirmation page with your order number and you will be emailed a copy of your order.
Payment Methods
 

Credit Card Payment:  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards.  Please note that on credit card orders, your card will be authorized and charged at the time your order is placed.  

Check Payment: We accept company check or cashiers check / money orders. Your order will not be processed until we receive payment and your check has cleared our bank.  

Purchase Order Payment:  We can accept purchase orders from government entities.  We must have a hard copy of your purchase order to process your order.  Payment terms are net 30 for purchase order customers.

We do offer Playground Fundraising tools and the ability to Finance your Organizations Playground.

 Shipping Cost
  Most of the items on this website are too large to ship via package carriers such as UPS or FedEx and instead ship via common carrier Less Than Truckload (LTL).  Your shipping cost will be automatically calculated based on your zip code and the weight of the items in your shopping cart.  You will have a chance to review your actual shipping cost before placing your order.
 Sales Tax
  We are only required to collect sales tax within the state of Florida.  If you are located in Florida and are tax exempt, we must have a copy of your tax exempt certificate on file to remove the sales tax charge from your order.
 International Orders
  Our online shopping cart cannot be used to place international orders.   Please call 1-800-853-5316 to speak to a customer service representative about placing an international order.

For international orders, we can ship to your freight forwarder located in the U.S. If you do not have a freight forwarder, we can help you locate one. We have experience working with the freight forwarders and can provide them with freight dimensions/weight so that they can give you an accurate shipping estimate from the U.S. to your international location.

 Damaged / Missing Items
 Damaged Items
  Although we take extra steps to make sure your shipment is properly packaged, occasionally, shipments will get damaged during transit. All merchandise must be inspected prior to signing acceptance from the carrier. If any damage is found or the number of pieces listed on the bill of lading does not match the number of pieces delivered, IT MUST BE NOTED ON THE BILL OF LADING. We cannot file a claim with the freight carrier if it is not noted and in such case, we cannot be responsible for any damage not noted on the bill of lading. If you cannot inspect the merchandise, please note on the bill of lading -Merchandise Received, but NOT inspected - .  

Hidden Damage:  If you find any hidden damage after completely unpacking the shipment, it must be reported within 10 days of receipt of your order.  We may require pictures of the damage to process a claim with the freight carrier, or the carrier may send a driver out to pick up the damaged item.
 Missing Items
  All missing parts must be reported to us within 10 days of your receipt of your order. We will not replace any parts that are not reported within that 10 day period.

 

 Returns / Cancellations
 Cancellations
  Cancellation - All items are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. This fee will apply if you cancel your order or change your color choice after your order is placed. No cancellations are allowed on items after they have shipped.
 Returns
  Custom Items: Returns are not accepted for items that you have selected color choices.  These items are considered custom and are made to order.  Most of the items on this website fall into this category.  

Stock Items: There a few items which are considered stock items.  For these items, returns will be accepted for return only with prior authorization from B.Y.O. Playground. Return authorizations must be requested within 30 days of delivery acceptance. Freight will not be refunded for returned items. Return freight is also the responsibility of the customer. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  B.Y.O. Playground does not express or imply any warranty. All items are warranted by the manufacturer. While most of the items on this website are warranted for one year by the manufacturer, each manufacturer offers different warranties for different products. Please contact us for details about specific products. B.Y.O. Playground expressly disclaims liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use or inability to use an item sold by us. Our only obligation is to replace an item that is delivered defective and this obligation is limited.
