TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PURCHASES: Title Transfer - All sales are Freight on Board (F.O.B.) sellers facilities and title to customer's goods passes to customer at seller's facilities. Seller is not liable thereafter for any loss of the goods or damage to, or caused by the goods. Liability - B.Y.O. Products shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages. In no event will B.Y.O. Products be liable for damages beyond the invoiced price. Warranty - All products are warrantied against defects in material and workmanship resulting from normal use for a period of one year from the date of delivery. Any such defects during this period shall be repaired or replaced at B.Y.O. Products' expense excluding all related handling and transportation costs. Any failure will not be cause for extending the duration of this warranty. All other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for purposes, are hereby excluded. Returns - Returned merchandise will be accepted for return only with prior authorization from B.Y.O. Playground. Return authorizations must be requested within 30 days of delivery acceptance. Freight charges will be prepaid by the customer. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Cancellation - Non-stock metal and plastic components which are custom powder coated or manufactured to your color specifications (such as modular units, swing sets, etc) are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. This fee will apply if you cancel your order for these items or change your color choice after your order is placed. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect goods delivered to them and report any claims (damage, shortage, or all other) within 30 days of delivery date. Customer should also inspect goods before signing bill of lading at delivery time. If you believe that there is a problem with your order, email or call us.
