MINIMUM ORDER VALUE: Please note that we have a minimum order value of $50. HOW TO SHOP ON OUR SITE: We have tried to arrange our site so that you can easily find all of the information you need to make your shopping decisions. 1. Locate the items you would like to purchase using our side-bar to navigate to the different sections of our website. 2. Place the item in your shopping basket by clicking on the "Order" button. 3. Adjust quantities of items if necessary on the shopping cart page. 4. When you have all of the items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart, click the "Checkout" button to proceed to the checkout form. Here you will provide all of your shipping, billing, and payment information. 5. When you are satisfied that all of the information is correct, click on the "Continue w/ Order" button to complete your transaction. PAYMENT: We currently accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and purchase orders (net 30 payment terms) for tax supported entities or with an approved credit application. Please call us to have a credit application faxed to you. Your card is authorized at the time you place your order. We also accept money orders/cashiers checks. If you pay with a money order/cashiers check, your order will not ship from our warehouse until we receive your payment. SHIPPING: For large items that cannot be shipped via ground, please call us at 1-800-853-5316 for an estimated shipping cost. This cost will not be automatically added to your order online, but will be manually added after you complete your order. For U.P.S. Ground items, the shipping charge will be automatically calculated and added on to your order. You will be able to review it before you complete your final checkout. All orders with ship-to addresses in HI or AK will be shipped via U.P.S 2nd day air. Please call us for a shipping quote. Shipping times vary depending on the item and the time of year. During non-peak seasons, processing times are usually 3-5 business days for items that can be shipped via U.P.S. Our busiest time is April-July, so these items may take up to 10 business days to be processed during that time. From that point, ground delivery times add an additional 1-5 business days (depending on your proximity to our warehouse in Georgia). Larger items such as our swing sets, modular structures, spring riders, etc usually take 4-6 weeks to ship. Please call us for an estimated lead time on any item other than swings and hardware.All freight shipments are the customers responsability to unload. Lift-gates may be purchased in addition to the order and are used only to offload items from the truck and are limited to the unloading area. SALES TAX: The state of Florida requires that we collect sales tax on orders with ship-to addresses within the state of Florida. This amount varies from 5%-7% of the purchase price depending on your zipcode within the state. This amount will automatically be calculated and added on to your order. You will be able to review it before you complete your final checkout. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: For international orders, we can ship to your freight forwarder located in the U.S. If you do not have a freight forwarder, we can help you locate one. We have experience working with the freight forwarders and can provide them with freight dimensions/weight so that they can give you an accurate shipping estimate from the U.S. |
