As part of the Yahoo! Shopping Mall, we offer the industry standard in secure shopping. This is called SSL or secure socket layer. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to Yahoo! For added security, Yahoo! also encrypts the credit card number when it is stored on disk, and when they send your information to us.
MINIMUM ORDER VALUE:
Please note that we have a minimum order value of $50.
HOW TO SHOP ON OUR SITE:
We have tried to arrange our site so that you can easily find all of the information you need to make your shopping decisions.
1. Locate the items you would like to purchase using our side-bar to navigate to the different sections of our website.
2. Place the item in your shopping basket by clicking on the "Order" button.
3. Adjust quantities of items if necessary on the shopping cart page.
4. When you have all of the items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart, click the "Checkout" button to proceed to the checkout form. Here you will provide all of your shipping, billing, and payment information.
5. When you are satisfied that all of the information is correct, click on the "Continue w/ Order" button to complete your transaction.
PAYMENT:
We currently accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and purchase orders (net 30 payment terms) for tax supported entities or with an approved credit application. Please call us to have a credit application faxed to you. There will be a 2% surcharge added to credit card orders over $10,000. Your card is charged at the time you place your order. We also accept money orders/cashiers checks. If you pay with a money order/cashiers check, your order will not ship from our warehouse until we receive your payment.
SHIPPING:
Swing seats and swing hardware can be ordered directly from our website. Your shipping will be calculated based on your zipcode and you will have a chance to review the shipping cost before completing your order. Shipping times for these items are usually 1-2 weeks and these items are typically delivered via Fed Ex or UPS.
All other items cannot be ordered directly from our website. These items are too large to ship via package delivery and are required to ship via motorfreight. Please call us at 1-800-853-5316 for a complete quote including shipping cost. Shipping and processing times for these items are usually 4-6 weeks.
All motorfreight shipments are tailgate delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to unload the shipment from the tailgate of the truck. Lift-gates may be purchased for an additional charge. The driver will use the lift-gate to lower the shipment to the ground and it is the customer's responsibility to move the items from that point.
When your motofreight shipment has been unloaded, the driver will give you a bill-of-lading to sign. It is very important that you make sure that you receive the number of pieces listed. If there is any damage to the shipment packaging or pieces, please note that on the bill of lading and also note if you were not delivered the same number of pieces listed on the bill of lading. Please complete a thorough inspection and inventory of the shipment as soon as possible after accepting delivery. All claims for hidden damage must be reported to us within 15 days of receipt of the shipment.
SALES TAX:
The state of Florida requires that we collect sales tax on orders with ship-to addresses within the state of Florida. This amount will automatically be calculated and added on to your order. You will be able to review it before you complete your final checkout.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
For international orders, we can ship to your freight forwarder located in the U.S. If you do not have a freight forwarder, we can help you locate one. We have experience working with the freight forwarders and can provide them with freight dimensions/weight so that they can give you an accurate shipping estimate from the U.S.
